Custom/Handmade Items: Processed within 5–7 business days.
*Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.

Tracking Your Package
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

The Essentials
Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products.
How to Start a Return
Email us at livingonbubbles@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a Prepaid Return Shipping Label (the cost of which will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was damaged).
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
